Free shipping on orders $65+ promotion applies to orders shipping to the Continental U.S. (48 states). This promotion is not valid for international shipments, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO locations, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories; we reserve the right to cancel any orders shipping to these regions. Orders eligible for free shipping must ship to a single location/address. We cannot sell our products internationally.
Gemini Collectibles reserves the right to select the shipping method for your order. We may combine orders. Orders may ship in multiple shipments and you may not receive all items in a single box, but all tracking numbers will be provided for orders.
High Dollar amount orders may require signature upon delivery. Packages must ship to the address supplied. They cannot be held at a location for pick-up.

We only accept returns if your item arrives heavily damaged or doesn't match the description. Items listed as Mint/Near Mint will meet high collector standards, but may still have the tiniest of imperfections, such as but not limited to slight creases, scuffs or paint smudges. Small flaws do not warrant a refund. Buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction with the condition does not qualify for return or refund.
