Before making a purchase, please be aware of the following:

• All Bulk sales are final — no returns for any reason.
• Bulk items are pre-packed and ready to ship — boxes and paint may not be mint.
• Convention items are shipped AS IS — stickers are applied by Funko and we are not responsible for any sticker issues.
• Soda cans are shipped factory sealed — Gemini Collectibles is not responsible if there are any items missing from the can or the 6 pack case. Receiving a chase with purchase is not guaranteed. 
• We do our best to hand pick quality items, however you might not receive perfect packaging or paint job. There may be shelf-wear, creases, dents or slight imperfections in the figure or the box/can. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections.
• Any cancelled orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
• Items cannot be added to previous orders.
